Specific topics will include: make-or-buy decision; Kraljic’s sourcing strategies; supplier selection processes and criteria; strategic sourcing approaches; outsourcing/offshoring/re-shoring/near-shoring; global sourcing; contracting; ordering; post-purchase performance evaluation; supplier integration; supplier development; and supply base optimisation.
