Digital Human Rights

In this subject, we examine the concept of ‘digital’ human rights understood as individual or collective rights that play a key role in society’s ongoing digitisation. Digitisation has challenged established human rights such as the right to privacy and freedom of speech, but also led to the development of new ‘human rights’ including the right to be forgotten or the right to not use the internet.
