When we learn by doing, we discover things that we don’t even consider when we treat design as a purely analytical problem. Also, innovators can also learn a huge amount from potential users. Users have trouble judging something they have not experienced, so you need to give them a prototype to find out what they think, and to stimulate them to provide suggestions.
