Students will analyse global/local intersections, focusing on the production and circulation of global policy trends and their impact and resistances regionally, nationally and locally. The subject will also involve a critical analysis of the role of education governance networks that influence policy processes, and the influence of different types of policy actors, including state and non-state institutions, organisations, businesses and individuals.
