National Imaginaries

This subject is designed to provide students with specialised knowledge and skills for research, professional practice and further learning in the field of contemporary Australian literature. Students will develop advanced and integrated understandings of ways of reading and they will produce creative responses to the selected texts for the subject. Ultimately, students will develop expert, specialised cognitive and technical skills in creative writing by reading and analysing significant Australian works.
