This subject explores various human resource management policies and practices including job design, recruitment and selection, reward systems, and performance management. A key focus is understanding the implications of these practices for being managed, and for career development and planning. In addition, this subject explores relationship management with clients, suppliers and partners and the role of effective communication, leadership and stakeholder management.
